Field Force Health & Wellness:Fitness Program • Field force wellness and fitness membership supplementation • reimburse a sales representative a $100.00 • must exercises 50 times within a six month period of time at local fitness facility. • Must complete pre and post questionnaire and submit proof of membership • supplement a maximum of $200.00 per year to support a healthy lifestyle.

Field Force Health & Wellness Program • Baseline/Pre-Program Findings • 21% of the total registrant group exercised only 1 time a week or less, while 19% reported exercising at least 4 days each week • 12% of females and 37% of males were marginally or seriously overweight • 20% - 25% of the participants reported fair to poor self-ratings in terms of lifestyle, the diet, sleep and fitness level • Ave Sales Calls per day 7.7

Field Force Health & Wellness Program • Post-Program Results On average there were 2 less STD Claims per 100 employee’s Average STD Duration decreased by 1.5 weeks 44% actually increased their weekly exercise frequency. 59% reported exercising at least 4 days each week. • Quality of sleep, diet and fitness level increased as well as physical and mental health status from pre to post program comparisons

Field Force Health & Wellness Program • Post-Program Impact on Employee Weight 40% of participants reported weight losses • Viewed from the perspective of BMI body weight standards, the percentage of “overweight” employees in the group dropped from 22% to 19% with slightly more that 1 in 5 overweight employees returning to the “normal” weight range. • People who had no weekly exercise lost an average of 4.0 pounds with a corresponding drop in BMI of .6

Field Force Health & Wellness Program • Comments from Employees I think this is a great program that truly correlates with the Pfizer values • I feel that this is a terrific program and goes along well with our Pfizer values. Participating in this program definitely improves accountability. I feel that my fitness level affects my productivity with Pfizer and personal life • I think this program was incredibly motivating! I am very appreciative to Pfizer for once again taking great care of their employees
