Blue Button for All Americans Contest • What: • Veterans can get their health data using BB regardless of where they get their care: 22 – ~6 – >16 • How: • NGOs put BB PHRs in doctor’s offices: 800 – 75 – <10 • Why: • PHRs are new. BB is very new. Docs practice medicine. • But: Electronic Health Records, Meaningful Use: ~60 • The contest: • First organization to make BB PHRs available to patients of 25K doctors across America: $50K
