Star Creek Ranch, located eight miles outside Somerville, Texas, is a working cattle ranch. We raise some of the best registered Texas Longhorn cattle in North America, despite the rivalry with the University of Texas. As a Texas A&M graduate with a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine, I bring expertise to the ranch.
