  2. What is the present tense and when do we use it? • The present tense is used to talk about the present. You use it to talk about: • What usually happens (I always watch MotD) • What things are like (The beach is beautiful) • What is happening now (I live in Liverpool)

  3. In Spanish, there are three categories of verbs. We know the categories from the last two letters of the infinitive -arverbs(like hablar)-erverbs (like comer)-irverbs (like vivir) ESCUCHAR ESCUCHAR ending
