  2. Mark Barhorst Began working for Troy City Schools in 2016 as the Business Manager/Director of Human Resources. He remained in this position until his retirement. He retires with 6 ½ years at Troy. 2024 Retirees: Thank you for your service

  3. Michele Brann Began working for Troy City Schools in 1990 as an English teacher at the high school. She remained in this position until her retirement. She will retire with 34 years at Troy. 2024 Retirees: Thank you for your service

  4. Wayne Carson Began working for Troy City Schools in 2006 as a 3rd shift custodian at the high school. He moved to 2nd shift at Kyle/Forest for a couple of years, then back to 3rdshift until 2015. In 2015, he moved to 2ndshift at Cookson, where he remained until retirement. He retires with 18 years at Troy. 2024 Retirees: Thank you for your service

  5. Mary Beth Christian Began working for Troy City Schools in 2010 as a 2nd shift custodian at Cookson. In 2012 she moved to head custodian at Hook. Then in 2019, she became the administrative assistant for maintenance and remain until her retirement. She retires with 14 years at Troy. 2024 Retirees: Thank you for your service

  6. Barbara Daffner Began working for Troy City Schools in 1999 as a food service assistant at the junior high. In 2012, she moved to Heywood. Then in 2020, she became the kitchen manager. She will retire with 25 years at Troy. 2024 Retirees: Thank you for your service

  7. Susan Holland Began working for Troy City Schools in 2006 as an educational aide at Kyle. She moved to Hook in 2010, and then to Van Cleve in 2018. She retires with 18 years at Troy. 2024 Retirees: Thank you for your service

  8. Shelly Hurley Began working for Troy City Schools in 2008 as an intervention specialist at the junior high. She remained in this position until her retirement. She will retire with 16 years at Troy. 2024 Retirees: Thank you for your service

  9. TytusJacobs Began working for Troy City Schools in 2007 as Director of Facilities and Maintenance. The position title changed to Director of Operations in 2018. He remained in this position until his retirement. He retires with 16 1/2 years at Troy. 2024 Retirees: Thank you for your service

  10. Patricia Kazmaier Began working for Troy City Schools in 1989 as a 4th grade Teacher at Heywood. She moved between 3rd and 4thgrade until 2012. She then landed in 2nd grade until her retirement. She will retire with 35 years at Troy, all at Heywood 2024 Retirees: Thank you for your service

  11. Tim Miller Began working for Troy City Schools in 1988 as Student Behavior Health at Stouder/Forest until 1997. Then he moved to an intervention specialist at Heywood, the junior high and high school. He will retire with 36 years at Troy. 2024 Retirees: Thank you for your service

  12. TaffawniQueen Began working for Troy City Schools in 1997 as an educational aide at Cookson. She moved to Van Cleve in 2006. In 2015 she became the administrative assistant at Van Cleve and remained there until her retirement. She will retire with 27 years at Troy. 2024 Retirees: Thank you for your service

  13. Janet Rhodes Began working for Troy City Schools in 1994 as a food service assistant at the junior high. In 1995, she moved to an educational aide at Cookson. In 2009, she moved to Van Cleve, where she remained until her retirement. She will retire with 30 years at Troy. 2024 Retirees: Thank you for your service

  14. Karen Supinger Began working for Troy City Schools in 1990 as the head custodian at Van Cleve. In 2001, she moved to Cookson, where she remained until her retirement. She retired with 34 years at Troy. 2024 Retirees: Thank you for your service

  15. MelodieTrent Began working for Troy City Schools in 2012 as a bus driver. She remained in this position until her retirement. She will retire with 12 years at Troy. 2024 Retirees: Thank you for your service

  16. Lori West Began working for Troy City Schools in 1990 as a math teacher at the junior school. She stepped away for several years, but then returned in 1995 to the same position. She remained in this position until her retirement. She will retire with 33 years at Troy. 2024 Retirees: Thank you for your service
