Suggested way forward FY12

We’ll need to strengthen what was done in FY11:

No new activities, emphasis on setting up farmer to farmer training programs to out scale activities.

Need to strengthen IP functioning, especially in Chibuto.

Conduct field days for NGO’s that could take up the approach used & implement elsewhere

slide15

Suggested way PIAIT platform

Given its unique position, the platform should give strategic advice on possible collaboration between IIAM and CG centres.

Host 3 monthly meetings with in depth presentation on certain project and allow for brainstorm on possible future joined projects.
