  3. PWL/Local Acceptance(continued) Contractor plant Proficiency Assessment QC & Verification testing done at plant IA testing done at LTS All testers NECEPT Certified Local Acceptance testing top priority

  4. PWL/Local Acceptance(continued) Individual, specific oven correction factors QC done within 36 hours of sampling Verification done within 2 work days of QC Compare QC and Verification with “F&t” testing (need 7500 tons to do this)
