2) Set Price Limitations based on currency fluctuation.

REMARKS FROM A CHINESE VENDOR OF VMC:

(1) All the price above is on the basis  of  FOB ZHONGSHAN.

(2) This quotation will be its value  in six months.

(3) Above quotation is on the basis of the exchange rate 1:6.35(US$:CNY), If the

dollar exchange rate move above 1 : 6.37 or less than 1: 6.3, the price will be adjusted.

1) Use other currencies stronger than the US$?

3) Import more raw materials?

4) Increase prices? (easier said than done)

5) Target less price sensitive markets/buyers. Retailers, Catalogue companies, etc.

6) Tap/Increase sales from local market (to increase Peso income)

7) Use P38-P40 in costing and pricing?

8) Do further cost-cutting measures.

9) Continue to increase productivity and efficiency.

10) Utilize hedging facilities offered by banks.
