My POV: to socially develop behaviors for generating and integrating knowledge in order to solve meaningful problems. • What does it look like? • Individual, team, community • Formal, informal, incidental (Marsick) • Single- and double-loop (Argyris & Schon) • Cooperative, collaborative, transformative (Cranton) • My claim: • Groups can perform without learning, but cannot learn without performing. What does it mean for a group to learn?
How can leaders support group learning?Designing cultures that allows these dynamics to exist generatively
