  2. ¿Qué ES LA DELICUENCIA EN EL DF? • El secretario advirtió que el reto “es encontrar los procedimientos que nos reconozcan la dignidad y principios, y que establezcan la diferencia de quien debe ser sometido por temor y quien debe ser protegido por ser parte del esquema que nutre cabalmente el esquema de leyes”. • De acuerdo con un artículo de BUAP, la delincuencia se podría incrementar en este país durante 2010, ya que uno de los factores que la desencadenan, que es la crisis económica, podrían agravar este problema, además de la llegada de grupos delictivos de otras entidades.
