Exam Administration Activities • Test notification • Forward CSU EAP letter to students • Notify sites of EAP testing window and materials return deadline • Remind sites to set aside special testing time for EAP essay and that both the essay and the MC items must be completed • Test administration and processing • Train sites in test administration procedures • Check in all EAP materials after testing • Pack and send materials to the scoring center • Load results to student information system EGUSD - Research and Evaluation November 2005
