  7. Indication • COPD stage II • Impaired airway clearance • Abnormal breathing pattern • Airflow limitation ( Dyspnea ) • Respiratory muscle dysfunction • Exercise intolerance & functional ability↓↓

  8. 不適合做肺復原治療者 • 急慢性傳染疾病 • 正處於急性發作的呼吸困難 • 咳血 • 氣胸未經處理者 • 無法充分合作者 • 軟弱無法坐起者

  9. 肺復原治療的項目（一） • Breathing retraining 1. Breathing control 2. Purse lip breathing • Reducing general body work : Relaxation exercise

  10. 肺復原治療的項目（二） • Airway clearance techniques（ACT）： 1. Autogenic drainage（AD） 2. Forced expiratory technique （FET） 3. Postural drainage 3. Positive expiratory pressure （ PEP）
