Ingredients ¼ cups chana dal (soak for 3 hours) Vazhaipoo Finely chopped green chillies Finely chopped onions 2 tablespoons coriander leaves 1 teaspoon of fennel seed 2 stings of curry leaves 1 tablespoon of grated ginger and garlic Oil for deep frying Steps to clean vazhaipoo 1. In between the process, be sure to clean the sides of the blender with a spatula to grind it evenly and pulse it if necessary. 4. If you want, you can put the banana blossoms in the blender and pulse them. 5. Or if you want, you can separately chop and add the blossoms to the chana dal mixture. 6. Once the paste is ready, remove the batter and add it to a bowl. 7. Add in the chopped onions, green chilies, salt, coriander leaves, and curry leaves, and combine well. 8. Check for seasoning and add the seasoning as per your preference.
