Say Hey To Lasagnaaaa!!! - With Spinach and Spice Spinach lasagna is usually made with layers of noodles, sauteed spinach, marinara sauce, and three different kinds of cheese, all baked together to golden brown perfection. A vegetarian main course that’s perfect for dining in large groups. Lasagna is a portion of classic comfort food. No one can say no to all those layers of mushy pasta and melting cheese. This spinach lasagna is filled with flavor and boasts a lot of greens. Finely shredded mozzarella cheese (2 cups) Cooking spray Finely chopped parsley-2 tablespoons Method: ● Over a medium flame, add the sundew refined sunflower oil to the pan and add as much spinach as fits the pan. Cook until the spinach wilts. Continue adding the remaining spinach to the pan and wait until all the spinach has wilted. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Let the spinach cool and, after some time, squeeze the water out of the spinach and coarsely chop it into fine pieces. Now add all the ingredients to a large bowl and stir nicely. Cook the lasagna noodles as per the directions on the packet. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Now coat a pan with cooking spray. Spread the sauce on the pan evenly and add a layer of cooked noodles, then spread ⅓ of the cheese mixture over the noodles. Top with 13 tablespoons of marinara sauce. Repeat the layers until there is no sauce left. Now cover the lasagna with foil and bake it for 45 minutes. ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ●

  2. After 45 minutes, uncover the lasagna and add the remaining 2 cups of mozzarella cheese. Bake the mixture for another 15 minutes until the cheese turns brown. Sprinkle the lasagna with parsley and let it stand for 5–10 minutes. Now your spinach and spicy lasagna are ready to be served.
