  2. 2 to 3 tablespoons of ​Sundew Refined Sunflower Oil​ for pan-frying the kabab, add as required Method: Blanching The Spinach Boil water and rinse the spinach leaves. Let the leaves cool down and finely chop the spinach leaves. Meanwhile, roast the gram flour in a pan until it changes its colour to a mild golden brown. Pressure cook the potatoes and peas and keep them aside. Crush ginger and green chillies to a paste-like consistency. In a large bowl, add the spinach, potatoes, peas, ginger-chilli paste and mash it with a masher or a wooden spoon. Once the ingredients are mashed and bonded together, add the dry spices, roasted gram flour and salt, and mix it up well. Take a small amount of the mixture and roll it in a ball.
