  1.   Feeling Hangry? Here's a Simple Way  to Make Steaming Chicken Momos    Feeling angry because you are hungry? Here's a simple solution to sate your hangry mood.             Feast on steaming and spicy chicken momos that's guaranteed to put you in a good mood.                    Ingredients  450 gm all-purpose flour  1 tablespoon ​SUNDEW refined sunflower oil  1 large onion  1-inch ginger  Water as required  300 gm boiled chicken  1 green chilli  salt as required  1 teaspoon soy sauce  ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ● Method  1. Wash the chicken and keep it aside  2. Chop the onion into juliennes and Chillies into small pieces  3. Place the chicken in a cooker with a cup of water, and a pinch of salt. Pressure cook                 it for 3 whistles.  4. Once the chicken is steamed, let it cool and shred it into smaller pieces by hands  5. Take a mixing bowl and add flour, salt, and water, along with a tablespoon of               SUNDEW sunflower oil. Mix the flour until it resembles a dough consistency.  6. In a saucepan, add a tablespoon of SUNDEW sunflower oil and saute the vegetable               and the shredded chicken. Add-in a spoon of soy sauce.  7. Take steamer and boil water in it  8. Make small balls out of the dough and flatten them into smaller shapes. Place a               spoon of the sauteed fillings in the middle of the flattened dough.  9. Fold it like a money pouch  10. Chicken momos taste the best with hot chilli sauce or green chilli sauce.   Some Extra Tips  The very first rule to make Chicken Momos is that always roll your edges thin and the centre                   should be thick. Many people miss this part, which makes the momo break apart.                    You can also freeze Chicken Momos for 20-30 days and boil them for 5 minutes and they will                 be ready to eat.                      If you don’t have a steamer at home, you can always use aluminium foil for steaming your                   momos.
