TM SIM Registration

To ensure the security and authenticity of mobile users, TM requires every SIM card to be registered under the customeru2019s valid CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card). During the registration process, the user must visit an authorized TM franchise, retailer, or customer service center with their original CNIC. The biometric verification system is used to confirm the useru2019s identity by matching their fingerprints. Once verified, the SIM is activated and linked to the useru2019s CNIC in the national database. This process helps prevent misuse of mobile services, ensures compliance with PH .
