  1. The North east States BY: Weiton,Janus, Kassie, Brody, Sophie.

  2. The Northeast States • Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, New York and Vermont.

  3. Maine/Augusta • Maine is the highest state in the northeast. And the coldest state because it is closer to Canada.   5. Pennsylvania/Harrisburg • Pennsylvania has the Hershey Factory. The street lights are shaped Hershey. The Hershey Factory has been in business for more than a hundred years and is still in business .

  6. Washington D.C. • Washington D.C. is the home of the hope diamond. The supreme court the national capital and the White house are located in Washington ,D.C. P.s. the Washington I am talking about is not a state

  7. New York/ Albany New York has the statue of liberty and the liberty bell. New York also has tall building and sky scrapers. A lot of famous people are there too.

  8. Rhode Island/Providence • Rhode Island is the smallest state in the whole northeast. It also has a lighthouse like Maine. • Rhode Island a school of design for college.

  9. New Hampshire/Concord • The lowest temperatures is 18 degrees. The highest is 106 degrees F0 • New Hampshire is bordered by New York, Vermont, and lake Ontario.

  11. Maryland/Annapolis • Maryland has a state bird and a state flower. • This is Maryland. Maryland is bordered by Denver

  12. Connecticut/Hartford • Connecticut has a state capital Hartford and here is a picture. • It’s football team is the UC Huskies.

  15. Mayflower This is a picture of the mayflower 2 Here are some facts of the mayflower The Mayflower left England with 102 passengers including the crew. They made another mayflower called mayflower2. The mayflower landed in the newengland part of the northeast .

  16. The Erie Canal The Erie Canal was made in 1817 and was opened in 1825.When it was opened it had 83 locks to carry the boats over all the mountins.

  17. Pennsylvania Pennsylvania is home to the largest chocolate factory in the world. Americas first factors were made in the northeast because back then they had water power.

  18. Massachusetts is home of two famous trails. One is the freedom trail and the other is black heritage trail.

  19. APPALACHAIN MOUNTION The Appalachian Mountains are a mountain range that extends approximately 1,500 miles it is also over 1,000 feet high. It is good for going skiing and to see far from the top.

  22. Squanto Squanto was born in 1580 and died in 1622. He was 42 when he died. His tribe was the waswampanoag.

  23. Ben Franklin Ben work in a printer shop for 12 hours a day. Ben made the eye bifocals.

  24. Theodore Roosevelt Theo was the 26th president of the u.s.a He was born on oct.27th. A company made teddy's bears because he refused to shoot a bear when it was trapped.
