FRIB IRMIS telcom meeting: PV subtask report: Scope: The IRMIS pv domain captures the entire facility EPICS database: - IOC and inter-IOC logic - Client application links to process variables - (MEDM,EDM,SDDS,sequencer,…. - CLS is adding Matlab client crawler - Separation of the concept of the IOC-process and the IOC-host - IOC host meta-data - ioc boot location, status, etc

  2. FRIB IRMIS telcom meeting: PV subtask report: Requirements: IRMIS3 PV schema: - use latest APS schema as basis - apply CLS requirements - apply BNL requirements IRMIS3 crawler: - update to support IRMIS3 schema - add matlab client support - additional CLS specific work (GUI client, etc)

  3. Status: Debby Quock has been contracted to carry out this work at CLS. Several schema iterations Quock/Dohan. Schema frozen for now. Expected completion date: End of March, 2012
