  6. Course Screen Setting the Category and/or Course Type to “Contract” Allows easy reporting of your contract training activities

  12. Speed • Registration

  13. When should you use Speed Registration? • Large group of students who are part of one company or organization (before or after the event) • Any group of people with one payor • When all registrations are for a single course • Hours, CEU’s and status are the same

  14. How to . . . Speed Register • Alt + Z • Select course from list

  15. If not checked, automatically enrolls student when name is selected. Otherwise, asks for confirmation If your system does not use SSN’s, check the Name Find Entry Default new names in a contract class to “Do Not Mail” Fill in options as appropriate Click Add Names to select participants.

  16. New name? When a new name appears and is not yet available on the name list, hit the Esc key to access the Brief Name Entry screen and enroll the new participant

  17. Mass • Register

  18. Mass Register • Mass register lets you to register all registrants from one course into another course. Perfect for contract or sequential programs. From the course screen, click Mass Register

  19. Mass Register Clicking Mass Register allows you to FIND the new course in which to register the current roster of students. The pop up screen lets you set up the defaults for this “batch” of registrations in the new course

  20. In the Data Preview Screen, remove the check mark next to any name who will not move to the next class. To assist you, grade, status, reg code and misc code are visible. When you’ve made your final selections, click Done Mass Register

  21. Keep in mind . . . • Mass Register does not address payments • Mass Register does check new class for duplicate names and eliminates names already in the target class

  23. Billing Only Record A billing record allows you to associate a name with a course that is not a participant. No CEU’s or hours will be awarded to this person. Billing records are identified as ‘PAYOR’ in the Student List and Roster. Enrollment Counts do not include records identified as ‘PAYOR’.

  24. Payment Plan • The Payment Plan allows you to spread payments over several months. The Payment Plan button is activated by the Billing Payment Type
