http://www.lib.ied.edu.hk • Hong Kong Academic Library Link • (香港高校圖書聯網) • EdD students can borrow 10 books from other UGC libraries via HKALL for 30 days • You can only request the books which are available • The HKALL loan quota of 10 books is included in your HKIEd Library loan quota • Requested books can be picked up and collected at MMW Library or TCL Circulation Counter • You will be noticed by email when the item is ready for pickup

http://www.lib.ied.edu.hk RENEWALS • Materials with loan period 7 days may be renewed twice • The new due date is calculated from the date of renewal • You cannot renew a checked-out item if : • There are holds on the item • The item is overdue • The maximum no. of renewals have been reached
http://www.lib.ied.edu.hk HOLD / RECALL • Users may place a hold on a checked-out item with loan period of 7 days • Your “hold” quotas: 20 items • Loan period may be shortened if a hold has been placed on their loaned items • Email notice will be sent to you when the item is ready for pickup
