Understanding Skin Layers: Dermis and Hypodermis

The skin's structure includes the dermis and hypodermis. The dermis is composed of loose connective tissue with fixed cellular components like fibroblasts, histiocytes, and mast cells, along with fibrous proteins like collagen and elastin. It also contains migrating cells such as eosinophils and lymphocytes. The hypodermis consists of loose connective tissue with large lobules of fatty tissue bordered by thin collagen fibers and sparse elastic fibers.

Está constituído por tejido conjuntivo laxo compuesto por: • componente celular fijo • fibroblastos • histiocitos • mastocitos o células cebadas • proteínas fibrosas (colágeno, elastina) • sustancia fundamental amorfa • componente celular migratorio (eosinófilos, linfocitos, plasmocitos, leucocitos polimorfonucleares). • y es atravesado por vasos sanguíneos, linfáticos y nervios. • La dermis presenta 2 regiones, funcional y metabólicamente distintas: dermis papilar y dermis reticular.

  3. HIPODERMIS; Es un tejido conjuntivo laxo constituído por grandes lóbulos de tejido graso limitados por tabiques de fibras colágenas delgadas y escasas fibras elásticas.
