Lets Go. Step 1

What NAGG will be like and be about

Use words and pictures to capture what our organisation will be like in the future

Instructions:

Open the pictures wallet

Split up into pairs or threes around the table

Share out the pictures between each of the pairs or threes

Choose select and cut out a few pictures that give you a feeling of how you would want NAGG to be like in the future

Using post it notes write down the words that these pictures make you feel

Share with the group your words and pictures

Stick them down in the “how we will be like zone” on the template

What will NAGG be like for our members, partners and other organisations we work with

Instructions:

Individually capture on post it notes the KEY outcomes we want to be achieving

Share these together

As a group create a maximum of 5 outcomes and write these in the “outcomes zone” on the template
