Y4D-Mon-Wed and 4DK Wed-Fri

  4. Activities Some of the other activities: Rock climbing Underground exploration Orienteering Camping Problem solving Traversing Mountaineering Mountain biking

  5. Timetable – group one, day one Monday 9.00 Children arrive at school and place bags in the Forum Hall. Bring packed lunch in a separate bag for on the coach.(plastic is fine) 9.30am Depart from St. Andrew’s School. 11.30 am Arrive at Lledr Hall and “settle in”. Eat lunch. 2.00pm Introductory activity 6.00pm Evening Meal 7.30pm Evening Activity SUPPER 9.00pm Bedtime 9.30pm Lights out 9.o0 arrive at school 9:30 departure 11:30 Arrive at centre 21:30 lights out…

  6. Day Two 7.30 a.m. Get up 8.15 a.m. BREAKFAST 9.00a.m. Duties: make lunch and sweep up etc. 10.00a.m. Activity no. 1 LUNCH 2.00p.m Activity no. 2 4.30 p.m. Return to centre 6.00 p.m. Evening Meal 7.00 p.m. Wash up 7.30 p.m. Evening Activity SUPPER 9.00p.m. Bedtime 9.30 p.m. Lights out

  7. Day Three 7.30 a.m. Get up 8.15 a.m. BREAKFAST 9.00 a.m. Duties : make lunch and sweep up etc. 10.00 a.m. Activity no. 3 12.30p.m. LUNCH – clean up 2.00 p.m. Depart Lledr Hall 4.00 p.m. Arrive back at St. Andrew’s.

Timetable – group two, day one Wednesday 8.50am Children arrive at school and place bags in the Forum Hall. 09.30am Depart from St.Andrew’s School. 11.30am Arrive at Lledr Hall 11.45am Lunch at Lledr. 12.30pm Kit issue 1.30 Introductory Activity 4pm Briefing, fire drills, room allocation 6.00pm Evening Meal 7.30pm Evening Walk SUPPER 9.00pm Bedtime 9.30pm Lights out 9.00 arrive at school 9:30 departure 11:30 Arrive at centre 21:30 lights out…

  11. Day Three 7.30 a.m. Get up 8.15 a.m. BREAKFAST Activity 3 Return gear, pack etc. 14.oo p.m. Depart Lledr 16.00 p.m. Arrive back at St. Andrew’s.

  12. No money! No mobile phones!

  13. Travelling Please give children travel sickness tablets before travelling if they need them, and one should be handed to a member of staff for the return journey. (labelled). Do not give your child a pack because they are inclined to share. Paper tissues are handy for travelling. They can bring a small bottle of water. Please do not send supplies of food e.g. chocolate bars or biscuits as the children are very well fed. Make sure that children have packed lunch bags separately, in a small plastic bag preferably. Arrive dressed to do activities.

Kit Waterproof jacket for the walk Sleeping bag, Pillow case Slippers/indoor shoes Outdoor sturdy shoes or trainers 2 changes of WARM hardwearing clothing (jeans aren’t suitable- tracksuit bottoms are better) 2 changes of underwear Socks (No trainer socks) Toiletries and a towel Gloves and woollen hat Plastic bin liner for wet clothes Pyjamas/nightwear Shorts/T shirt to get wet Watch is useful

  15. Provided by Lledr: • Waterproof coat • Waterproof trousers • Rucksack • Walking boots • Fleece jumpers All other specialist equipment will be provided.
