  2. Timand Bates is an accomplished education professional dedicated to teaching and academic program development. He holds an M.A. in the Teaching of English from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a B.A. in Languages and Literature from Bard College.

  3. As Program Manager for the Open Society University Network (OSUN), Timand Bates oversaw an $850,000 grant initiative that delivered liberal arts courses across 45 international institutions. Under his leadership, the program saw significant increases in both student enrollment and faculty engagement.

  4. Previously, Timand Bates served as Associate Dean and Assistant Dean of Students at Bard College, where he led key initiatives in student retention, diversity programming, and crisis response.
