  2. Select Learning Administration from the Navigator and then again from the functionality list

  3. Select the Content tab

  4. Create a Trust folder with the title ‘VPD Online Training’

  5. All Learning Content should now be placed in this folder with the same hierarchy Employing Authority Level Folder created separately to the National Folder <VPD><Name> 123 Online Training Subject Content Folder within Employing Authority Folder <VPD><Subject Name> 123 Fire Safety Parent Learning Object – Subject <VPD><Subject Name> 123 Fire Safety Child Learning Object – Presentation <VPD><Subject Name>< - PowerPoint> 123 Fire Safety – PowerPoint Child Learning Object – Test <VPD><Subject Name>< - Test> 123 Fire Safety - Test Test – Questions <VPD><Subject Name>< - Questions 123 Fire Safety - Questions
