This study investigates the IC50 values of 5-Methyl-Tetrahydrofolate (5-MeTHF), Folic Acid (FA), and Tetrahydrofolate (THF) under physiological conditions. The IC50 values were measured in the presence of various concentrations of folate, revealing significant differences in their inhibitory effects. Notably, the presence of physiological concentrations (0.023 µM) compared to elevated levels (0.23, 2.3, and 23 µM) resulted in increased IC50 factors. This highlights the importance of folate concentration in modulating the efficacy of these compounds.
