Nature Hut Project for School Grounds Enhancement

The Red group, including Phoebe, Ben R, Vlad, Alby, and Megan, chose to build a nature hut with a mini-beast hotel. This project won after a voting process involving students and teachers.   1. The school grounds we’d like project. Red group: Phoebe, Ben r, Vlad, Alby and Megan

  2. Our three ideas We had three main ideas to grow vegetables to grow fruit or a nature hut.

  3. the votes • We went around the classes to find out which idea was the most popular. • We also spoke to Mr Burford too see which one he preferred and he preferred the nature hut but to make it even better he said to add a mini beast hotel! • and we spoke to the teachers and they said nature hut was a good idea.

  4. Nature hut won! Everyone thought that it was the best idea.

  5. STRENGHS AND WEAKNESSES STRENGHS WEAKNESSES The wood will rot. Some children are allergic to nature. Some children might scare the animals away. • It will help nature. • Children can learn from it. • Everybody can enjoy there selves.

  10. Solutions to the weaknesses • If children are allergic they can not come near or they will have problems. • Do not scare away the animals. • If the wood rots will fix it.
