Jannat ul Baqii Madina e Rasool. Yawum Gham. The 8th of Shawwal, marks a day of grief – and thus, it has been aptly named as Yawum Gham (The Day of Grief). On this day in 1925, the ‘King’ of present day Saudi Arabia proceeded to desecrate the graveyard in Madina known as Jannatul Baqi.
