Charcuterie was established in Scotland in 1985 We were acquired by the ANM Group Ltd, one of the UK’s leading farmers cooperatives, in July 2004.  We are now part of a dynamic, forward thinking organisation proudly carrying CHARCUTERIE and her sister companies towards an extremely exciting future.

  14. Cooked Beef Diced Chuck & Blade Beef LMC Strips Diced Beef can be supplied with or without marinade, we have the facility to drain and supply with juices or supply with juices in cooking bags. Other cuts of meat can also be used, depending on the dish.

Haggis • It is made from lamb’s offal (lungs, liver and heart) mixed with suet, onions, herbs and spices, all packed into a skin • A modern haggis variant often served in higher class restaurants is the "Flying Scotsman", which is chicken breast stuffed with haggis. This can in turn be wrapped in bacon to create a dish known as "Chicken Balmoral". Haggis can also be used as a substitute for minced beef in various recipes.

The Black Pudding chubb can be used for stuffing Chicken or Beef or slice and serve with Scallops as a tasty starter! Also available is our 1.36kg stick of Black Pudding under the Scotch Premier Brand!

  23. Scotch Premier Haggis Range Scotch Premier Haggis, produced using the finest of ingredients, excellent flavour & spice. Available in a pack of 4, or in a chubb, perfect for stuffing! Our Scottish Pudding Range combines 2 of Scotland’s most traditional products, perfect for sharing! We also offer our Scotch Premier Haggis in 454g bomb.

  24. Scotch Premier Mini Breakfast Pack A traditional Scottish Breakfast has Lorne Sausage, Black Pudding and Fruit Pudding! With 2 of each, this is perfect for Sunday Breakfast for 2. Our Lorne Sausage, is already cooked and and can be cooked in 5-6 mins under the grill. Black Pudding & Fruit Pudding is best served shallow fried or grilled.

  26. Charcuterie Sales & Marketing Plan 2011 Current Customers & Opportunities Stateside Foods – NPD Meeting held, very positive, opportunity with Steak Strips /Ground Beef – love NPD ideas! Greencore – Liver going well, orders have been consistent. Another meeting required to try and obtain diced beef business. Meetings at other sites required. Baxters – Need M&S approval to grow further, good relationship established! Working on approx 6 lines with development at the moment. Samworth Group – Have asked for a meeting with Ginsters & Kettleby – need tokeep chasing.

  27. Charcuterie Sales & Marketing Plan 2011 Current Customers & Opportunities Food Partners - Recent meeting – site visit planned for 14th Feb. EAT – Some issues with Service Level, visit to site required ASAP. Pret a Manger – Range Presentation required to grow current business & skus Makro – Meeting requested , going ahead in March Domino’s Pizza – Development work on Ground Beef/Steak Strips in progress. Northern Foods – David Wood Baking - Just launched Chorizo with them, maker of Birds Eye Pies – another meeting needed in Feb/March

Charcuterie Sales & Marketing Plan 2011 Target Customers Browns customers -JB Foods, Campbell, Brothers, Failte, McLays - make contact with old contacts at business & arrange meetings to discuss opportunities George McIvor -meeting last week, culinary consultant who will put us in touch with appropriate potential customers (initially looking at Sandwich Larder & Tasties The Authentic Food Co - 10 tonnes of cooked beef/mutton business to pursue with them, keen at the moment.

  29. Charcuterie Sales & Marketing Plan 2011 Target Customers Ginsters (Samworth Group) - huge potential - especially with Tamar Foods & Ginsters, have asked for meeting, need to chase again. Pizza Hut - we have exciting/innovative meat lines they don't currently have on their menus at the moment, need a contact and chase for a meeting. UCI/Odeon Cinema - all year round frankfurters and bockwurst (standard and 12") definitely an opportunity - need to approach purchasing manager again Kerry Foods- opportunity with shredded/pulled meats. Blue sky at the moment, difficult to quantify business opportunity.

Charcuterie Sales & Marketing Plan 2011 Target Customers Russell Hume -meat,game and poultry specialists-recent contact from them and looking to arrange contact Vion- recent contact with NPD re pastrami but fell through at their end -YPM had recent visit and will look to arrange visit Greggs- no contacts there but request appointment to visit-previously they felt SPM too far away logistically but we can easily sell the ANM side of things Booker - wholesale business - need meeting Costco - wholesaler - need meeting
