    • City collects transportation impact fees as part of the building permit process beginning on October 2, 2000
    • September 21, 2004 - City Adopts Transportation Impact Fee Ordinance

      • $4.2 million (on 10/01/09) (encumbered & unencumbered)

    • All areas east of FEC railroad (excluding incorporated areas of Palm Coast)
      • $507,000 (on 10/01/09) (encumbered & unencumbered)
