  2. Project Update Tasks Completed (Week #1) Evaluated current swim lanes and proposed new letter staging lanes for the following areas: 1. Low Cost Tray Sorter (LCTS) 2. DBCS (Operation 894) 3. High Volume Staging Area Conducted service talks Tasks Planned Continue communication plan with all employees about the project Evaluated current swim lanes and proposed new letter staging lanes for the following areas: 1. Low Cost Tray Sorter (LCTS) 2. DBCS (Operation 894) 3. High Volume Staging Area Engage operational supervisors and managers Meet with maintenance manager to discuss proposed floor striping

  3. Project Update Tasks Completed (Week #2) Applied new floor markings Requested new signage for the staging Met with all team members to finalize project. Tasks Planned Continue communication plan with all employees about the project Install new signage

  4. Project Update Tasks Completed (Week #3) Modified letter staging lanes on all DBCS. Conducted more huddles to update all employees and operational supervisors about the letter staging project. Tasks Planned Finalize the project
