  1. Integrity Unlock your potential By Mark Pennella & Tay Washington

  2. Integrity Summary • The practice and mastery of values are essential to the success of mankind. Integrity is considered to be one of the most important character traits. It is the root of the quality of a person’s character. It can be attributed to different parts of a person’s life. Many confuse it with acting moral. We accept a person to have integrity although that person may have flawed moral standpoints. Mahatmas Ghandi once said “"No" uttered from deepest conviction is better and greater than a "Yes" merely uttered to please, or what is worse, to avoid trouble.” (16) The kind of society which is likely to be more conducive to integrity is one which enables people to develop and make use of their capacity for critical reflection, one which does not force people to take up particular roles because of their sex or race or any other reason, and one which does not encourage individuals to betray each other, either to escape prison or to advance their career.(1) JFK argues, “we must never forget that the highest appreciation is not to utter words, but to live by them.” (16)
