  7. FB Program Penalties • Penalties • Misdemeanor ($100 - $4,999) • $1,000 fine/one year in jail • Felony (> $5,000) • $250,000 fine/20 years jail • Trafficking FB > $500 • Permanent disqualification.

Expedited Application Processing • All Food Benefits Applications must be reviewed for possible Expedited Processing • Eligible clients must receive benefits within 7 calendar days • Filing Date • 1st through the 15th • system will issue benefits for the month of application • 16th through the 31st • system will issue benefits for initial month of application and the second month on the same day • Delayed Recertifications
