Regional Strategy Report Review & Approval Timeline January – • TWG reviews Regional Strategy Outline • Discovery Milestone is completed • January 8th PSC Meeting February – • TWG and PSC review recommended report presentation format with more detailed outline including major goal statements. • Connect Milestone is launched • February 7th - Connect Milestone Event March – • PSC approves the Strategy report outline format and major goal areas. • Drafting of report chapters begins • Connect Milestone activities continue • March 12th PSC Meeting April – • TWG reviews initial chapter drafts and provides comments • Drafting of Strategy report chapters continues • Connect Milestone Activities continue • Leadership and Governance Chapters initiated based on input from initiative action teams • May – • TWG continues review and comment on additional chapter drafts • Connect Milestone Concludes and Report Milestone prep is begun • Initiative action teams provide final recommendations for integration into strategy report • May 14th PSC Meeting • PSC has a preliminary review of completed chapters and prepares review schedule for final approval of strategy report in June.
