Some notes • For STI, Fellows taken care of in LIU-SPS management and SPS collimation codes, not forgotten • Should update all other Fellow/associate/student requests, to assign to either Department, LIU, LIU-SPS or individual activity – action from all to provide information • Requests for support to conferences and workshops – no overall guidelines yet – maybe we can agree something at LIU level. In meantime, would judge that there is some support for ‘specialised’ workshops, e.g. HB2012. • For transport, presently included (or not!) in individual system codes. We should make a separate budget line for this (mainly 200 MHz and ecloud mitigation) • Still not included ‘extra’ 2 MCHF requested for BI fibre cables on 64040, which is needed 2012-2015 – confirmed? To decide soon
