  3. Where is ASU? There is a low student/professor ratio, so students get lots of help. Also, many of the students are first generation students (they are the first one in their family to attend college) and over 80% receive money to help them with their tuition and books. So the university is very helpful. Located in San Angelo, TX, a medium sized city. Located on the Concho River
