The Career Orientation Program equips middle school students with essential skills to explore their interests and aptitudes in the workforce. Focused on hands-on activities, the curriculum includes career research, decision-making, and employment skills. Teachers must hold valid teaching licenses and complete specific endorsement hours. The course fosters self-awareness and culminates in a Career Action Plan that students update annually. This foundational program is vital for Workforce Education, promoting engagement through various instructional methods and community involvement.
