  5. Defining Mammals All Mammals have the following: • Warm blooded • Give birth to live offspring • Hair • Feed their young milk • Breath air/have lungs

  6. Classifying Mysticete Baleen is used to filter the water for krill and plankton like a comb, Whales can passively filter 2000-2500kg of food per day

  7. Classifying Odontocete Jaws are used to bite into food and prey, They are useful for hunting specific prey
