WHAT ARE THE KEY ISSUES? • Political organization of MS, e.g.” Länder” in Germany, “Autonomias” in Spain, Regions in Italy. • Need to improve communication among stakeholders in order to strengthen ownership of the process. • Need for Working Groups to get acquainted with existing knowledge and material. 2 European Quality Assurancein Vocational Education and Training
