HAN Project - Milestones • Key Milestones: • Completed the review of the HAN Support Model with the Market Participants to proceed with the next step: • Defined the high level processes, scenarios and required customer information to capture (this will be the straw-man for the workshop) • Workshop to define with the Market Participants the process details • Periodic HAN Task Force Meetings, 3/29 • Published a Matrix of the current HAN Roles & Permission, Next Step: • Define the future objectives Roles & Permissions • Weekly Review and Editing sessions to refine the HAN Documentation with a 3/30 publish date (Initial Phase): • HAN Starter-Kit • HAN User Guide • HAN Account Management, Provisioning, De-Provisioning and Messaging • HAN Interface Security • HAN Testing Criteria and Device Score card • Technical API

HAN Project Next Steps: • AMIT, 3/27, present the initial version of the HAN documentation • Publish the HAN Documentation, 3/30 • Define the future objectives of the HAN Roles & Permissions • Market Participant & TDSP Workshop to Define the HAN Support Model Details, April: • Requirements & Processes • Scenarios • Metrics and frame-work for SLO’s
