9. Issues/Risks Issues Risks We are dealing with a number of technical and testing issues on the Higher Ed payroll project. OU has slipped the schedule again and continues to have problems creating good files to test. Tom Hins is now working on the issue and we expect success within the next two weeks. The planned rollout schedule has to be Adjusted.
