MD stipend: $4,300 per clinical FTE Payroll processing fee: 0.5% of salary Malpractice expenses: Average malpractice per clinical FTE Actual Clinical Revenue Net Patient Service Revenue net of 10% for billing collection cost; excluding off-site, payment with zero wRVU and non-MD revenue Free Care revenue PQRI, P4P and other revenue enhancement 11 Faculty Practice Foundation, Inc.
