Early Childhood Transitions Support Program

Providing telephone assistance, trainings, workshops, and universal access to print materials for successful transitions in early childhood. All services are offered based on data and identification from advisory board for targeted levels of service. Services include individualized technical assistance, trainings, individual action planning, intensive regional action planning, MOU development, and monetary support for tech assistance and training resources to achieve goals in individual and regional action plans.
