Address Verifications During Registration • Campuses screen for proper documentation: -Notarized Host & Power of Attorney forms -Identification cards -Utility bills -Rent receipts • Attendance Officer conducts address verifications • Persons found not residing at the address given are reported to the principal for appropriate action. • Principal holds parent conferences and withdraws students. Other Address Verifications • Address verification : -Address verification requested by campus staff during excessive absences -Address verification for truancy court filing • Persons found not residing at the address are reported to the campus principal for appropriate action. • Parents not complying are subject to withdrawal consequences.
