  3. 教學目標 • 介紹資料管理 • 說明EndNote管理資料 • 說明Reference manager管理資料 • 說明如何應用在寫作上

  4. 資料的管理 • 之前所獲得的搜尋資料是平面印刷的，那只好為每篇資料建立卡片的檔案，把作者、篇名、出處等資料寫上，或者將印刷的資料直接剪下貼上。然後把卡片的資料保存在卡片櫃（箱）子裡，就如同圖書館的書卡櫃。

  5. 資料的管理 • 及後，個人電腦發達後，一些資料庫如 dbase 等日漸流行，就使用 dbase 等設計個人的卡片管理檔案，方便管理和搜尋

  6. 資料的管理 • 後來，ISI 等資訊服務公司分別製作了研究文獻管理的資料庫軟體，例如 Reference manager、EndNote等，都是適合生物醫學的研究人員使用，方便資料管理和寫作的應用。 • 至於抽印本，則需要專門的文件櫃來收納，可以考慮依照該抽印本在電腦資料庫中的編號而進行編號，再分別依照順序收納。使用完畢後，也必須依照編號放回。

  22. Reference manager • Reference Manager等研究文獻管理軟體，是一種資料庫軟體，實際作業時可以直接從研究文獻資料庫中勾選文獻，再引用到內文中，然後應用Refman的功能，將內文所引用過的資料，自動整理成參考資料檔案，再使用文書軟體讀取整理便可， Refman並且可以依照期刊格式需求而撰寫，連內文中引用之處也可以依照期刊的需求而整理。

  43. 作業一 • 依據分配的關鍵字，找尋資料，製作成參考資料電子檔 • 依照ASM格式，依照時限，以Word檔案上傳至網路學園，檔案註明關鍵字，20％ • 晚交一天，扣分5％，兩天扣10％，餘類推 • 關鍵字舉例 • Aeromonas and toxin • Iron and Hemolysin • Antioxidation and bacteria • 繳卷日期：4月15日
