Objectives • to identify the information requirements in an implementation of a telecentre in rural area; • to assess the roles of IHL in an implementation of a telecentre in rural area; and • to propose a model of IHL collaboration in an implementation of a telecentre 1st International Week 2-6 June 2014, Ural Federal University, Ekantriburg, Rusia
