  2. Satish Kaushik is a well-known Indian actor, film director, producer, and screenwriter. He has been active in the entertainment industry for over three decades and has contributed immensely to Indian cinema. Born on April 13, 1956, in Mahendragarh, Haryana, India, Kaushik started his acting career in the early 1980s with the film "Masoom." Kaushik gained prominence for his role as 'Calendar' in the iconic film "Mr. India," directed by Shekhar Kapur. He played the role of a lovable and innocent man who helps Anil Kapoor's character fight against the villain Mogambo. His performance in the film was widely appreciated, and the character of Calendar became one of the most popular and memorable characters in Indian cinema. Kaushik's acting skills were further showcased in films such as "Ram Lakhan," "Roop Ki Rani Choron Ka Raja," and "Saajan Chale Sasural." He also appeared in supporting roles in critically acclaimed films like "Brick Lane" and "Jaane Tu... Ya Jaane Na." Apart from acting, Kaushik has also directed several successful films.
