The condition doesn't have to be a burden for the rest of your life with careful management and an understanding of the things that can cause it. For many males, they use mens moisturiser with SPF. Oily skin is caused by a lot of things, but they all show up in the same way. For example, lifestyle, hormonal changes, and genetics all play a role. It's called sebum, and it's an oily secretion from the sebaceous glands. When there's too much of it, it makes your skin look oily. It's only when this substance sticks to dead skin cells and clogs pores that things can go wrong. While it may be tempting to use as many astringents and harsh soaps as possible, this can cause your skin to go into overdrive and produce too much sebum, which can cause even more blockages.
