  2. Better known as God’s own county, Yorkshire is destination which has its own charm and finesse. The people here love their land so much that it’s like Yorkshire county before country. The lifestyle of the people here is very typical, be it clothing, the accent or for that reason the food. They say, people of Yorkshire are stingy and even stubborn and you can instantly make out from the first meet itself, that the person is a typical Yorkshireman. Even the attire includes the signature flat cap, whippet or the vintage outfit of Yorkshire.

Ginger Bread & Parkin – Do not mistake it for bread made out of ginger essence or something because ginger bread is created from crystallized ginger layer that is sandwiched between the bottom layer and the top one. While, Parkin is similar to ginger bread in a way but it contains a lot of oat meal and is a bit darker than ginger bread also. Cheese & Chocolate – The cheese available in Yorkshire is Wensleydale cheese from the place by the same name and it has its own distinct flavor which is loved by the people here. As far as chocolate goes there are two popular Chocolate factories here and  most of the favorite chocolates of Britain are known to be originated from these factories.
